Our Laboratories

All Coeus Time products are manufactured in Spain, in facilities specialised in food supplements with the most demanding certifications in the sector at both national and international level. Manufacturing in laboratories of this category gives us total access to what happens at every stage of the process, from the arrival of raw materials to the product that reaches your hands.

Certifications

Our laboratory ecosystem holds, among others, the following certifications.

• GMP Codex. Good Manufacturing Practices, the worldwide reference standard for supplement and pharmaceutical production.

• IFS Food v7. Maximum-level international food safety certification, audited by independent third parties.

• NSF Certified. Globally recognised certification that validates ingredient identity, purity and potency.

• FDA Registration. Facilities registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration.

• Halal Certified. Standardised protocols meeting the requirements of the Halal Quality Mark.

• AESAN Authorisation. Official health registration for the manufacture of food supplements in Spain.

Our Process

1. Selection of raw materials Everything starts with the ingredient. Every raw material that goes into a Coeus Time formula has been selected for its bioavailability profile, traceability of origin and the clinical evidence supporting its efficacy in the specific chemical form we use. We work exclusively with branded ingredient suppliers: RIAGEV®, KSM-66®, COGNIZIN®, Pycnogenol®, Bioperine®, Quatrefolic®, among others.

2. Batch quality control Each production batch goes through independent analyses that verify ingredient identity, actual concentration versus declared, absence of heavy metals, pesticides and microbiological contaminants, and product stability throughout its shelf life.

3. Precision pharmaceutical forms We formulate exclusively with the highest bioavailability chemical forms: bisglycinate instead of oxides, methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate instead of standard pyridoxine. The difference in absorption can be up to twenty times. That is what determines whether the ingredient gets where it needs to go.

4. Full traceability Every ingredient has a documented origin. We know which supplier it came from, which purity analyses it has passed and which production batch it is in. That traceability is part of the commitment we make with every product we bring to market.
