At Coeus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, here's how to proceed.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without the need for justification.

2. Defective products
If you receive a defective or damaged product , contact us immediately to arrange the return or replacement.
To initiate a return or replacement, please provide:

- Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund).

If a return is approved, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless the product is defective.
Return shipping costs:
- Mainland Spain: 4,50 EUR
- Balearic Islands: 9 EUR
- Ceuta and Melilla: 9 EUR
- Canary Islands: 14 EUR
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days.
The refund will be made:
- Using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- To the same account or card used for payment.
- The amount refunded will be the product price minus the return shipping costs
