Access to and use of the website www.coeustime.com implies acceptance of these General Terms of Use and Terms of Purchase, along with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, presented by COEUS RETROAGING, S.L., NIF B10864361, with registered office at Plaza de la Fuente (La Moraleja) 2, 5B, 28109, Alcobendas (Madrid), and registered in the Madrid Companies Registry (“Coeus”).

1. Purpose and scope of application
This document regulates access to, browsing, and use of the COEUS RETROAGING, S.L. website and the purchase of products through www.coeustime.com.

Coeus makes every effort to ensure that the product information displayed on the website (descriptions, images, prices, and availability) is accurate and up to date.
However, minor variations may occur, between the images shown and the actual product, which do not constitute a contractual defect.
All prices displayed include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
3.2. Purchase process
To place an order, the Customer must follow the steps indicated on the website: select the desired products, add them to the cart, provide the required shipping and billing information, and confirm the order.
The purchase contract is concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation email.
a) The Customer declares and guarantees that they are of legal age (18 years or older) to make purchases.
b) Coeus reserves the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or that violate these General Terms.
3.3. Prices and taxes
All prices displayed on the website are in Euros and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Coeus reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

3.5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, from receipt of the product, without the need for justification.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

3.6. Legal guarantee
All products sold through our website are covered by the legal guarantee established under applicable consumer legislation.
If a product is defective, the Customer may request its repair, replacement, a price reduction, or the termination of the contract, in accordance with the conditions established by law.

Coeus offers subscription plans for certain products, allowing Customers to receive products on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the Customer's account panel or by contacting us. The cancellation will take effect before the next renewal cycle.

Coeus will notify the Customer of any changes to subscription prices at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
If the Customer does not accept the new price, they may cancel the subscription at no additional cost. Coeus reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
a) All content on the website, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, designs, software, source code, trademarks, and trade names, is the property of Coeus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
b) The User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, transform, or make available to third parties any content from the website without the prior express written consent of Coeus. In particular, the following are prohibited:
